In Office DIRECT CARE PRICING

New Patient PACKAGE -- $225
Dr Patel will listen to your history, symptoms, and needs to formulate a treatment plan. Includes basic footcare, basic shoe modifications,
(INCLUDES XRAY OR ULTRASOUND IF NEEDED)

Follow-up Office Visit (simple) -- $75
Simple follow-ups include evaluating healing from recent minor procedures, results review, and pain/progress assessment

Follow-up Office Visit (complex) -- $125
Complex follow-ups include new problems, pre-surgical education, detailed imaging review, and complicated bandage changes.

Established Footcare Add On -- $55
Professional care to trim and debulk toenails and shave calluses. Also, Dr Patel will evaluate foot type, shoes, and risk of infection

Custom Orthotics -- $450

Detailed and individualized customization of orthotic inserts to improve foot and ankle alignment, improve performance, and reduce fatigue and pain. Dr Patel will go through every component of the orthotic and tailor the orthotic inserts to your needs and your desired shoe type

XRAYS - Foot and Ankle -- $40 one foot ; $60 both feet
Performed in the office with a portable Digital X-ray Unit. To evaluate bones, joints, spurs, foreign bodies, and the biomechanics of your feet

MSK Ultrasound -- $50
Handheld and portable ultrasound to obtain live imaging of soft tissue + joint to diagnose pathology and guide injections safely
